About Our Online Games
We realized that we had to make learning about nutrition enjoyable. We created a fun, interactive game that your child will enjoy playing over and over again. We are committed to helping you make nutrition a sound part of your child’s everyday life.
We are excited to introduce you and your child to a new, fun way to learn about nutrition. We have designed a video game that teaches your child through animation, exploration, mini games and challenges about the importance of nutrition and exercise. Understanding nutrition will give them the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy choices throughout their lives.
Teaching Nutrition to Kids with Our Games
This game will introduce your child to the basic concepts of nutrition.
Your child will:
- Enter and explore the latest USDA food pyramid
- Learn why their body needs food from each of the food groups
- Learn the importance of exercise
- Create their own meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner; so they can learn first hand the benefits of a balanced diet.
- Learn about the balance between energy from food and activity
Our goal is to provide an experience that empowers your child to make better food choices. The game offers a comprehensive experience that keeps the whole family in sync with the importance of nutrition and healthy living.
Try our nutrition games! It's fun and free!
Age Range
This game is designed for children who are in kindergarten through fifth grade. Research has shown that children form habits early.
